**SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES**

Under the responsibility of the manager of the "Technical Support & After-Sales Service" department, you will carry out the following tasks:
**Manage activities related to After-Sales Service**:

- Management of customer requests: quotes, orders, invoicing
- Management of warranty interventions
- Visit to customers to develop / maintain business relationships
- Management and optimization of the team's productivity rate and profitability
- Planning of engine mechanics’s activities according to the priorities and available skills,

**Health and safety management and animation of the activity**:

- Animate, raise awareness and support his team on health and safety topics,
- Ensure that interventions are carried out in compliance with safety rules and obligations, "field" visits to ensure good practices

**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Engineer with mechanical/engine component and 2 to 3 years of experience or “Bac+2” with 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar field
- Knowledge of diesel engines and industry (generators, rail)
- Interpersonal skills for exchanges with our customers, the factory, the suppliers
- Fluent professional English (daily use),
- Editorial quality and excellent mastery of standard IT tools (knowledge of SAP-type ERP software is a plus),
- Very good adaptability, team spirit, autonomy, initiative and spirit of synthesis

**OTHER SPECIFICATIONS**
- Frequent travel to be expected with France and sometimes abroad
- Work permit for France is needed

**VOTRE MISSION**

Sous la responsabilité du manager du service « Support Technique & Service Après-Vente », vous réaliserez les tâches suivantes:

- Piloter les activités liées au Service Après-Vente:

- Gestion des demandes client : devis, commandes, facturation
- Gestion des interventions en garantie
- Déplacements sur sites Client pour développer / entretenir les relations commerciales
- Pilotage et optimisation du taux de productivité de l’équipe et de la rentabilité
- Planification des activités des techniciens en fonction des priorités et compétences disponibles,
- Pilotage et animation HSE de l’activité:

- Animer, sensibiliser et accompagner son équipe sur les sujets HSE,
- S’assurer que les interventions sont réalisées dans le respect des règles et obligations en matière de sécurité, visites « terrain » pour s’assurer des bonnes pratiques

**PROFIL RECHERCHE**
- Ingénieur avec composante mécanique/moteur et 2 à 3 ans d’expérience ou Bac+2 avec 7 à 10 ans d’expérience dans un domaine similaire
- Connaissances des moteurs diesel et du domaine de l’industrie (groupes électrogènes, rail)
- Aisance relationnelle en vue des échanges avec nos clients, l’usine, les fournisseurs
- Anglais professionnel courant (utilisation quotidienne),
- Qualité rédactionnelle et excellente maitrise des outils informatiques standards (la connaissance de logiciels ERP type SAP est un plus),
- Très bonne faculté d’adaptation, esprit d’équipe, autonomie, initiative et esprit de synthèse sont des qualités attendues pour ce poste
