La Business Unit Projets Composants produit les composants clés de la chaudière nucléaire pour les électriciens du monde entier. Elle est présente sur le marché des centrales neuves ainsi que sur celui du remplacement des composants du parc nucléaire en fonctionnement, marchés pour lesquels elle fournit des équipements lourds (cuves, générateurs de vapeur,) et mobiles (motopompes et mécanismes de commande de grappes). La BU Projets Composants apporte à ses clients des solutions compétitives avec des technologies innovantes à forte valeur ajoutée. Elle s'engage à leur fournir des équipements répondant à des exigences de sûreté et de qualité toujours plus élevées. Ses équipes sont mobilisées pour fournir des produits conformes à leurs besoins. La BU Projets Composants compte plus de 2000 collaborateurs en France et dans le Monde. Plus d'une vingtaine de corps de métiers sont représentés sur ses sites dans ses activités de forgeage, d'usinage, de chaudronnerie, de soudage, de contrôle et de R&D. Soucieuse du développement des compétences et des savoir-faire, la BU Projets Composants mène une politique dynamique de développement de ses salariés et de formation.

**Description de la mission**:
La démarche Knowledge Management (KM) constitue l’un des 5 axes stratégiques de Framatome. Elle constitue un enjeu majeur pour notre entreprise, référence mondiale dans le domaine spécialisé du nucléaire : il s’agit de capitaliser sur nos savoirs Cœur de métier, monter rapidement en compétences les nouveaux arrivants grâce à des moyens modernes, accompagner les communautés de sachants et être reconnue en tant qu’entreprise apprenante.

Le site de St Marcel, spécialisé dans l’industrialisation et la fabrication de composants lourds pour les centrales nucléaires recherche un(e) alternant(e) pour seconder sa responsable KM et accompagner la mise en œuvre de la stratégie validée par l’équipe de Direction.

Après une phase d’intégration consistant à prendre connaissance du programme et des outils KM, à se familiariser avec l’organisation de l’usine et ses différents domaines d’expertise, il s’agira de travailler:

- à la création de parcours de professionnalisation en relation avec les managers, référents techniques d’atelier et services Méthodes,
- à la création de supports digitaux diversifiés : vidéos, e-learnings, podcasts (formation préalable par un alternant spécialisé en Septembre 2024),
- à la gestion pour le site d’une plateforme KM locale,
- à l’animation de visites virtuelles,
- l’accompagnement des sachants dans la création de pages WIKI Framatome et l’utilisation des outils collaboratifs du KM,
- à la programmation, l’organisation et le suivi des communautés techniques.

Cette mission vous permettra d’avoir une vision complète des différents métiers de notre entreprise, de développer votre réseau avant une éventuelle autre mission en alternance ou une embauche au sein de Framatome.

**Profil**:
Vous préparez une formation de niveau Bac+3/5 type Licence ou master dans les domaines RH, management, communication, sciences de l’information, conduite du changement ou marketing.

**Connaissances spécifiques souhaitées**:

- Communication
- Maitrise des outils collaboratifs (Office 365, SharePoint, YouTube, Learning Management System, wiki, etc.),
- Appétence pour la vidéo et la création de supports numériques
- Facilité à prendre du recul, à analyser et représenter des concepts.

**Qualités requises**:
Autonomie, curiosité d'esprit, rigueur, écoute des employés, esprit d’équipe, fort intérêt pour le digital, créativité et capacité d'interaction avec des parties prenantes situées sur les sites Framatome en France.
