- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and services
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and hotel management software preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling reservations and payments
- Responding to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Resolving issues or conflicts to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Providing personalized recommendations and arranging reservations for dining, transportation, and activities
- Coordinating special requests or arrangements, such as room upgrades, special occasions, or VIP amenities
- Communicating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Conducting follow-up calls or surveys to gather feedback and address any concerns
- Maintaining accurate guest records and databases
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, correspondence, and reports
- Adhering to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From 1,400.00€ per month

Work Location: In person
