Finalité de l’emploi:
Il/elle définit et améliore les produits, processus et outils du bureau d’étude pour assurer un soutien optimal aux ventes. Ceci se traduit par des projets d’amélioration continue, le développement d’extension de gamme et des interactions étroites avec nos clients et vendeurs.

Description des activités significatives:

- Analyser les problématiques clients, recommander des solutions et évaluer leurs faisabilités ainsi que leurs viabilités techniques et commerciales.
- Concevoir et personnaliser de nouveaux produits d’extension de gamme pour des besoins clients spécifiques.
- Créer et mettre à jour les documents techniques et la documentation des produits (spécifications, nomenclatures, etc).
- Former les nouveaux collaborateurs, nos vendeurs et nos clients sur les produits avec un accent sur l’aspect technique.
- Mettre en œuvre les actions correctives pour la résolution des problèmes identifiés par lui/elle-même ou remontés par les équipes de production ou commerciales.
- Contrôler la bonne mise en œuvre des solutions proposées en se basant sur la satisfaction client, les données commerciales (revenus, marges, etc) et de productivité interne. Ceci avec un soutient d’un ingénieur recherche et développement.
- Prendre part à l’élaboration des processus et à l’identification des pratiques optimales.

Nature et périmètre des responsabilités exercées:

L’activité est encadrée par des objectifs individuels annuels et collectifs (PSQDCC) ainsi que la stratégie d’entreprise et les objectifs de ventes.

Il /elle a l’autonomie de mener les actions nécessaires pour le bon déroulement des projets dans le cadre d’un ou plusieurs processus à l’entreprise avec validation par le N+1 ou par les équipes ingénieurs R&D.

Il/elle rend compte de ses activités à son N+1 lors de points individuels réguliers.

Il/elle peut être force de proposition sur:

- La conception et les process de réalisation des produits
- des innovations techniques et des évolutions technologiques
- des améliorations du Bureau d’Etudes

Alerter en cas de problème Sécurité/Qualité/Ergonomie/Technique/Informatique.

Déplacements ponctuels (y compris à l’international).

Il/elle est le garant des solutions techniques proposées, des documents techniques et du support technique ainsi que de leurs impacts au sein et en dehors de l'entreprise.

Il/elle est responsable de la définition des exigences techniques données au service méthodes, production, qualité et planning.

Il/elle est responsable et garant des projets qui lui sont confié par son N+1 et rend compte de ses activités lors de points individuels réguliers.

Relation de travail

Lien hiérarchique n+1 : Responsable bureau d’étude et R&D.

Relations internes (Erico France et autres sites de nVent):

- Communiquer sur les sujets traités, animer des réunions de travail pour prendre des décisions en lien avec les projets qu’il mène en coopération avec les pôles:
Equipes de ventes, PM, Développement Produit, Application Engineering, Qualité, Méthodes, Production, Planning => fréquence quotidienne

Logistique, Maintenance, Sécurité, Lean, Part Set Up, Finance/Contrôle de Gestion => fréquence hebdomadaire

Relations externes:

- Avec les clients : Animer des réunions de travail et coopérer sur les projets afin de proposer des solutions (fréquences selon besoins)
- Avec les sous-traitants, consultants ou prestataires : rechercher des solutions conjointement, consulter pour offres commerciales (fréquences selon besoins)

Peut être amené à interagir avec le N+2 en cas d’absence ponctuelle du N+1.

Connaissances requises par l'emploi
- De formation Bac + 2, dans le domaine de la conception de produits et/ou expérience similaire de 5 années dans ce même domaine.
- Connaissances des logiciels de CAO/DAO et de lecture et interprétation de plans techniques
- Connaissance en bureautique (pack office) et ERP
- Anglais lu, écrit et parlé
