**Position Summary**
Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant Chef de Projet Opérations Spéciales en alternance (contrat d’apprentissage ou de professionnalisation).

Le service que vous intégrerez est un full-service branded entertainment qui développe des contenus pour des marques et des opérations spéciales qui mettent en scène la parole de la marque pour engager «sa cible».

La structure délivre des solutions incluant la production de contenus originaux et des opérations de partenariats cross-média (TV, digital, réseaux-sociaux, presse, radio, OOH)

**Key Responsibilities**
En collaboration avec les équipes internes et externes, vous interviendrez sur l’ensemble de nos clients et aurez pour principales missions:

Le suivi et la coordination des projets : interface client, commercial et studio de création/production
- Le compte rendu de réunion interne ou externe
- La participation aux choix des solutions de communication
- La participation à la réalisation des recommandations stratégiques
- La recherche et le choix des prestataires
- L’élaboration des devis, budgets, planning de production et tableaux de bords

**Desired Skills & Experience**
En formation supérieure (Master 1 minimum) et doté(e) d’un bon sens relationnel,
- Première expérience au sein d’une agence média/communication souhaitée
- Rigoureux(se), autonome, organisé(e), dynamique et cultivé(e)
- Sens des initiatives, pro-activité
- Curiosité et esprit créatif
- Bonne connaissance des médias
- Maitrise du pack office, suite adobe souhaitée
- Maîtrise de l’anglais obligatoire
