Finalité du poste:
Le département Ressources Humaines propose à un étudiant spécialisé en Ressources Humaines de venir rejoindre l'équipe Compensation and Benefits (Rémunération et Avantages Sociaux) Groupe afin d'effectuer un stage de 6 mois dans un contexte professionnel dynamique et motivant afin d’apporter un support à l’équipe pour la mise en place et le suivi des campagnes annuelles de revue salariale et de bonus pour le Top Management du Groupe.

Vos missions clés ?

Vos missions s’articuleront autour des principaux axes suivants:

- Suivre le bon déroulement des campagnes annuelles de revue salariale et de bonus pour le Top Management du Groupe, garantir le bon respect du calendrier et des process
- Contribuer à la conception et préparation de supports d’aide à la décision pour l’Excom
- Participer aux calculs individuels des bonus pour la population Top Management
- Analyser et présenter les KPI pendant et à la fin des campagnes
- Vous pouvez aussi être amené(e) au cours de votre stage à travailler ponctuellement sur d’autres projets C&B en dehors des campagnes (équité salariale, salaire décent )
- En collaboration avec l’équipe Rémunération Différée Groupe, participer à la construction des supports de communication liés à la campagne d’attribution de plans de rémunération à long terme

Dans le cadre de ces missions, vous serez amené(e) à interagir avec:

- L’équipe Compensation & Benefits Groupe
- L’équipe Rémunération Différée Groupe
- Les équipes Compensation & Benefits des différentes filiales
- Les équipes SIRH et Transformation RH Groupe

Compétences requises:

- Savoir-faire et outils : Sens de l’organisation. Parfaite aisance avec les chiffres et parfaite maitrise d’Excel. La connaissance de SIRH et particulièrement Workday serait un vrai plus.

Savoir-être : Autonomie, disponibilité, aisance relationnelle, sens du service et esprit d'équipe permettant de s'intégrer au sein de l'équipe et d'adhérer à la culture et aux méthodes de travail du groupe Pernod Ricard.
- Formation initiale requise : Etudiant en 3ème cycle avec une spécialisation en RH.
- Expériences professionnelles demandées : Idéalement une première expérience (stage) au sein d’un département C&B en entreprise ou en cabinet.
- Langues à maitriser : Maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, bon niveau d’anglais
