Mounir & Julien launched Finary in 2021. Since then, we have made great strides by reaching 250.000 users worldwide on App & Web (rated 4.8/5 stars). We genuinely care about user experience, performance, privacy and ease of use. We ship cutting-edge product with touches of delight. We are a diverse team of 25 individuals, all builders at heart. **Why now?**:
A new generation of investors is emerging: ambitious, involved workforce. Money is no longer taboo and the pension system is under tremendous pressure. At Finary, we see a world where investing empowers everybody to live the life they’ve always dreamt off. Finary exists to revolutionize the personal money management experience.

To fuel this mission, we raised 15M€ and are backed by leading investors like Y Combinator and Speedinvest. We are also backed by world-class founders like Steve Anavi & Alexandre Prot (Qonto founders), Matthieu Rouif (Photoroom) or Eric Demuth (CEO Bitpanda). **About the role**:
The role of the COO is to Finary runs smoothly day to day.

Your role is to conceive, implement, and maintain efficient daily operations to create a world-class quality product. You coordinate cross-functional teams, support strategic planning, and manage incidents and crises.

Additionally, you monitor performance metrics, foster a performant workplace culture, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Effective communication with stakeholders and fostering innovation, speed, and quality are also key responsibilities.

**You’d be a great fit if you**:

- Are a team player, are **humble,** and like to help others grow
- are genuinely **friendly and ambitious **and have high levels of energy
- like to **take initiative** and find new creative solutions to problems
- are an **excellent communicator and** know how to coordinate teams, collect feedback and identify bottlenecks
- 5+ years in engineering roles in product-driven organizations and 5+ years in management/leadership roles in ops-heavy organizations.
- have a track record in managing financial products
- have an excellent **eye for aesthetics**, layouts, fonts, and what makes a lovable product
- are fluent in English (written and spoken)
