Le Head Of Account Management pilote l’équipe d’Account Managers en relation avec les compagnies aériennes ayant signé un contrat de support équipements avec OEMServices.

Les principales missions de la fonction Account Management sont:

- Gérer et optimiser la satisfaction des clients
- Gérer et optimiser la performance des contrats clients
- Gérer le recouvrement des créances si une intervention est requise (premier niveau d’escalation).
- Gérer les litiges clients et leur contrepartie OEM.
- Assurer et optimiser le suivi économique du contrat
- Rechercher et identifier les opportunités d’affaires potentielles complémentaires en lien éventuel avec le département commercial pour les affaires significatives.
- Travailler à l’amélioration continue de la fonction et du support.

En tant que responsable, il propose, développe et gère la politique du Support Equipement telle que définie par le directeur du département.

Il garantit par ailleurs la continuité du support aux compagnies en assurant la formation des nouveaux account managers et leur remplacement en cas d’absence prolongée.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur du développement & de la relation clients, le titulaire du poste met en place et coordonne l’ensemble des missions relatives à:

- Manager l’équipe Account Managers : Organisation du travail de l’équipe, Gestion des plannings, des entretiens annuels, fixation des objectifs afin de tenir le budget du service, Animations des réunions d’équipe hebdomadaires, Formation des nouveaux, etc
- Préserver le climat social et faire respecter les règles en vigueur dans l’entreprise (sécurité et social)
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Head of Customer Support, le Head of Inventory Management, le Head of Technical Support, le responsable AOG, Douane et Transport & Account Manager, le département Achat et Partenariat Stratégique, le responsable méthode des flux et les CEO/GM des régions internationales pour l’ensemble de l’activité de son service et de l’ensemble de l’activité de l’entreprise.
- Participer au déploiement des nouveaux contrats clients afin d’assurer la mise en place des sujets liés au service
- Promouvoir la compagnie auprès des clients afin de générer des revenus supplémentaires en lien étroit avec le département commercial
- Assurer l’interface avec le Directeur du système d’information dans la recherche d’amélioration permanente de l’outil informatique
- Former les équipes aux développements de l’outil informatique
- Analyser et améliorer la performance globale de son département notamment par la mise en place d’outils de Lean management en collaboration avec le service Méthodes.
- Rationaliser la production d’indicateurs.
- Rechercher l’optimisation continue des moyens et ressources nécessaires à l’activité de son périmètre engagés par l’entreprise.
- Suivre les performances de l’activité et de l’amélioration continue dans le cadre d’une démarche Lean
- Piloter globalement l’encours des devis ainsi que le paiement des factures en collaboration avec le Directeur financier (côté client et côté OEM)
- Développer des plans d’actions afin ses équipes afin de gérer et améliorer la satisfaction clients.
- Assurer le support au Partenariat Stratégique pour les revues de performance avec les OEMs
- Communiquer et piloter le budget de son service notamment le budget des voyages.

Activités transverses:
Reporting:

- Assurer un reporting mensuel au responsable du support équipement, au responsable commercial et aux CEO/GM des régions internationales sur l’ensemble des activités du service.
- Faire un retour hebdomadaire à l’ensemble des équipes sur les KPI du service pour susciter l’amélioration continue en lien avec la fonction Customer Support.

Qualité et Ethique:

- Déployer la politique Qualité et la charte des bonnes pratiques commerciales au sein du service
- Respecter et déployer les règles et normes de sécurité
- Suivre les actions qui découlent de la démarche d’amélioration
- Utiliser les supports documentaires mis à disposition
