Detailed responsibilities
- Integrate the three main drivers of Alpine cars brand transformation in Alpine network development strategy: 100% EV line-up, sales growth, and international expansion.
- Encompass the other dimensions of Alpine brand in the network development strategy, including the new experiences to promote and commercialize in the network development, of which: racing (F1, WEC, junior series, etc.), e-sport (gaming simulators, etc.), collections (merchandising, etc.).
- Contribute to the definition and the roll-out of Alpine’s new dealership contract and selectivity criteria in line with Alpine commercial strategy, and in collaboration with Renault Group's Network Strategy Department (DRCI) and Alpine Sales and Network teams.
- Manage the projects to update Alpine corporate identity standards and commercial methods for the different network formats, define and follow-up retrofit roll-out roadmaps.
- Analyze dealer network profitability and set-up business case tools (Alpine stand alone or Renault Group or multi-brand dealers).
- Develop and deploy tools to drive network sales performance, customer satisfaction and logistics optimization in collaboration with Alpine Sales and Quality departments.
- Identify and share internally other distribution business models and network development strategies from premium and prestige automotive brands, through benchmarking, dealer network feedback and best practice sharing.
- Collaborate closely with Alpine Customer Experience and Alpine Digital Marketing teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel customer journey.
