**Ce à quoi vous pouvez vous attendre**:
Au sein de nos équipes R&D, l'Ingénieur Mécanique h/f:
- Contribue à la définition et au suivi des exigences sous-système du produit, pour les dispositifs en développement ainsi que pour les produits déjà sur le marché
- Analyse les différents choix techniques possibles, les propose à l’équipe et participe à la sélection de la meilleure solution
- Participe aux activités de management des risques des dispositifs (Hardware FMEA)
- Vérifie les liens entre les exigences sous-systèmes Hardware vers les exigences système, en collaboration avec l’équipe système ou les autres sous-systèmes
- Assure les activités liées à la conception, la mise en plan et la réalisation technique des pièces et sous-ensembles constituant les robots d’assistance chirurgicale, ainsi que les instruments associés.
- Lit, interprète, adapte et élabore les plans, les diagrammes et les spécifications techniques.
- Veille à la qualité des livrables remis aux équipes internes, ou aux sous-traitants en charge de la fabrication des pièces (mécaniques, électriques, électroniques) ou assemblages
- Participe à la réalisation de prototypes.
- Participe aux activités d’intégration et de vérification (stratégie, protocoles, exécution, rapports)
- Assure le support technique lors des activités de Design transfer
- Fournit un support technique aux autres services si besoin (Cycle de vie produit, production).
- Contribue à la création, la mise à jour et à la gestion des documents techniques
- Garantit la conformité des livrables qu’il réalise
- Participe aux analyses d’impact en cas de changement de design sur un dispositif déjà sur le marché
- Soutient l’équipe de certification pour les tests d’évaluation et de certification, ainsi que pour l’établissement des dossiers requis (normatif IEC 60601-1 / -1-2)
- Soutient l’équipe QARA (Quality and Regulatory) pour établir les dossiers règlementaires (CE, FDA, etc.)
- Soutient l’équipe de Post Market Surveillance pour les investigations et la résolution de problèmes
- Contribue à l’amélioration des méthodes de travail

- Respecter, à son niveau, les procédures, instructions, consignes, port des EPI (Equipement de Protection Individuelle) liées au système de management qualité et HSE (Hygiène Sécurité Environnement)
- Participer à l’amélioration continue du système de management qualité et HSE.
- Signaler tout incident qualité et HSE et met en œuvre, à son niveau, les actions correctives et préventives pour y pallier
**Ce qui vous démarquera**:
Titulaire d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience, idéalement dans des systèmes assistés par ordinateur et/ou dans des dispositifs médicaux complexes.
Vous interviendrez sur des projets divers, constitués d’un système et de plusieurs sous-systèmes (par exemple : Hardware, Software et Robotique). Bien que vous interveniez principalement dans le sous-système mécanique, vous devez avoir une compréhension générale du système complet.
