**What you will do**:
- Take on the role of Project Manager to support a department transformation and more specifically on the short term:
- Lead self care improvement projects, especially the migration and continuous improvement of virtual bot with support of the dedicated team ;
- Assess impact of new products and services ;
- Lead one-time projects related to Customer service ongoing priorities.
- Make the most of data to contribute to operational efficiency:
- Specify data needs for Customer Service tools ;
- Support Customer Service teams with data analysis.
- Improve and develop the tools used by the teams in order to strengthen efficiency and internal communication:
- Performance monitoring ;
- Develop automations to reduce frictions on core processes ;
- Specify and lead the integration of potential tools developed by partners.
- Facilitate the coordination between different verticals and ensure good transversal communication ;
- Participate in the recruitment of the team, training and be supportive for the employees.
**You are in the right place if**:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in scale-up and / or in a consulting firm ;
- You have strong knowledge in project management and understand the underlying trades and techniques that compose them ;
- You are data oriented (have some basic SQL skills) ;
- You know how to collaborate with technical teams on product development projects ;
- You are able to work with different tools (tools used on a daily basis = Google sheet, Metabase, Notion, Slack, Front, Zapier, Dropp )
**And having experience in customer service operations and virtual bot tools would be a definite plus.
