**Contexte**:
Au sein d'une filiale de renom, cette entreprise dans le monde de l'energie propose une solution online innovante pour accéder plus facilement à de l'énergie à bon rapport qualité-prix. En pleine croissance, cette entreprise veut créer un pôle data important et recherche un Data Manager pour apporter cette vision stratégique et développer le pôle from scratch.
**Missions**:
- Audit approfondi de la data pour les opérations de l'entreprise
- Développement d'un socle Data adaptable et évolutif
- Mise en œuvre des solutions et des technologies sélectionnées
- Assurance de la sécurité et de la conformité des données conformément aux normes en vigueur
- Structuration optimale pour faciliter l'accessibilité et la fluidité des données
- Surveillance des indicateurs clés de performance et transmission aux équipes appropriées
- Maintenance continue et amélioration du socle data
**Profil Recherché**:
- Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience dont au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire
- Esprit analytique et vif intérêt pour le domaine des données
- Compétences en animation d'ateliers et en travail collaboratif
- Maîtrise des bases de données et des langages associés
- Connaissance des systèmes ERP courants et des outils de visualisation (PowerBI, Crystal Report)
- Autonomie marquée, aptitude au travail d'équipe
