This role will be focused on driving Quality Assurance into the OFW business through Continuous Improvements and ensuring we have a Quality Management System & Business Management System that provides the solid grounding to benefit from our improvements. The Global QA Leader develop and ensure OFW have mature process and process management/governance that:

- Customer requirements are consistently met
- System Comply with Standard ISO 9001:2015 requirements

and also GE Renewable Energy ones
- Regulatory Product/Process Compliance is respected

Collaborating also with the other Quality Managers on Voice of Customer, Lessons learned, updating standards, and other Quality team duties.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

This role will manage a small team and drive a broader cross functional team across the business in the pursuit of continuous improvement to our business management processes.

**Define, create and manage the Quality / Business Management System, driving continuous improvement. This will include**:

- Measuring performance and driving process management improvements through KPIs, learning and appropriate governance
