**Mission**:
En tant que Team Leader Multisites, vous êtes en charge du pilotage de plusieurs sites régionaux.

Vous êtes basé sur un site de référence et vous êtes mobile sur votre périmètre régional (Marseille, Nice). Vous organisez vos déplacements sur les autres sites de votre pôle, selon les priorités opérationnelles.

Vous êtes secondé sur votre pôle par des agents Hospitality Manager que vous managez en direct.

Vous travaillez au sein d’une équipe de team leader répartis sur l’ensemble du territoire France et qui pilotent chacun une région.

Rattaché(e) à notre marque Armonia Hospitality, positionné(e) chez notre client et reportant au Directeur général adjoint, vous êtes responsable localement de nos prestations pour notre client. Vos missions sont les suivantes:

- Gérer et encadrer quotidiennement une équipe pluridisciplinaire
- Piloter les prestataires sur site et garantir notre qualité de service sur des prestations de propreté, réception, maintenance multi technique, factotum, sécurité, espaces verts
- Assurer la relation directe avec la Direction Client (Direction générale, RH, Services Généraux...)
- Informer de façon permanente le client, participer à des comités de suivi.
- Piloter et suivre la bonne réalisation des prestations
- Travailler au bien être des occupants dans leur entreprise
- Faire vivre la communauté sur le site
- Faciliter les liens et échanges entre tous les acteurs de la communauté
- S’assurer que les demandes clients et occupants soient traitées dans les délais.
- Procéder à des contrôles qualité
- Assurer la tenue d’indicateurs clés de l’activité, à travers divers reporting et tableaux de bord
- Veiller à l’évolution des prestations et mises à jour des procédures

**Profil**:
Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure, vous connaissez l’univers de l’environnement de travail, vous avez une expérience significative dans le pilotage de prestations multiservices et vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans la gestion d’un centre de profit. Vous maîtrisez la relation client et la gestion d’un compte d’exploitation.

Prêt(e) à relever de nouveaux challenges, vous êtes doté(e) d’un réel sens du service et de l’hospitalité. Leadership, aisance relationnelle, disponibilité, organisation et rigueur seront parmi vos meilleurs atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.
