Pour mener à bien cette mission, ATLANSE s’appuie sur son capital humain, des consultants experts et expérimentés qui capitalisent sur des compétences fonctionnelles et techniques reconnues et des méthodologies éprouvées.
Vous interviendrez en qualité de PMO dans le domaine de l’Asset Management et accompagnerez les fonctions de secrétariat général (Risques, Legal, Conformité, Finance, Opérations, IT) dans le cadre d’un projet de rapprochement.
**Missions**
- Assurer la préparation, l’animation et le compte rendu des ateliers opérationnels par équipe
- Identifier les risques d’exécution
- Suivre le planning, coordonner et centraliser le plan d’actions
- Effectuer un reporting régulier au Directoire
**Profil recherché**
Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative d’au moins 5 ans en tant que PMO dans le cadre d’une opération de rapprochement de deux asset managers.
Vous maîtrisez les systèmes d’information et les process front to back d’un Asset Manager.
Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances concernant les exigences légales et réglementaires ainsi que les activités comptables et financières.
Vous avez une expertise reconnue dans l’accompagnement des équipes au changement et la prise en compte du facteur humain.
Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre aisance dans la communication orale et écrite, votre sens de l’écoute et votre bon relationnel.
**La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable pour mener à bien cette mission.**
