**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
Integrating the International Trade department, you will report to 2 E-Retail Managers.
Together, you will develop product launch strategies for the Kenzo and Givenchy brands to meet high image and business ambition objectives.
In the course of your missions, you will work with the internal Marketing and Digital teams, as well as with our subsidiaries around the world.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Assists E-Retail Managers in strategy and orchestration of e-trade activations on the Kenzo and Givenchy brands**
- Closely monitors the production of e-retail contents and assets (checks quality, pertinence and timely delivery of contents produced)
- Liaises with Operational Marketing and Marketing/Digital teams to ensure proper e-retail activations needs are met
- Performs appropriate competitive analyses, benchmarking and research to draw recommendations; Keeps current with the latest e-business trends and technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of competition.
- Support in delivery performing eretail guidelines for our key launches and key commercial period
**Support Eretail manager with Markets’ relations**:
- Collects markets’ feedbacks and needs, analyzes requests and dispatches them when appropriate to the relevant teams
- Communicates relevant information to markets
- Helps markets locate e-retail assets in the PIM and the DAM when needed
- Answers any operational, ad hoc, questions as they arise
**Assits E-Retail Managers in ad-hoc projects**
- Data analysis & reports and sell-out consolidations
- Eretail Monthly Meetings
- New online distribution openings
- Use of group tools (consumer insights tool, SEO tool,)
**The team**
Dual reporting to 2 E-Retail Managers
**Profile**:
- Bac +4 / +5 minimum
- International coordination: English compulsory
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office tools (excel and power point presentation)
- Previous experience in the beauty industry and/or in an e-retail environment is highly appreciated
- You are structured, rigorous, autonomous, dynamic
- You know how to work in collaboration with other departments in multi-project mode
- Endowed with a real sense of initiative; proactivity and excellent interpersonal skills, you like project management
- Your dynamism, your agility and your ability to adapt allow you to move forward in an ever-changing environment and react accordingly
- You demonstrate an aesthetic and creative sensitivity
