**"CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE : "**

Au sein de la Direction Technique de la BL Underwater Systems (UWS), dans le cadre d’un projet de rénovation des systèmes d’information, vous êtes l’ **autorité **technique **et vous agissez en tant que référent auprès de l’équipe du projet ainsi que ses parties prenantes. Vous êtes garant de la **conformité et la performance de la solution **avec les besoins utilisateurs des SI.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

- Valider les solutions techniques et les architectures (au travers des documents et des revues). Le PDA est chairman des revues et définit les critères de succès des revues.
- Identifier les risques, et proposer les plans de mitigation.
- Vérifier que la conception tient compte des capacités de « Build and Run » de la solution SI;
- Avec les utilisateurs, définir le besoin et les exigences techniques,
- Garantir la standardisation et la réutilisation, contribue à la préparation de la phase de run,
- Participer à la rédaction des documents de design, et écrire les plans d’intégration et de validation (avec les critères de succès),
- Examiner et approuver les résultats de l’intégration, de la vérification, de la validation et de la qualification;
- Piloter l’avancement technique jusqu’à la livraison (animation des AIC). Le PDA collabore avec le chef de projet pour les prises de décisions et le pilotage global du projet (plannings, coûts, avancement, justification des choix, définition des priorités, gestion des risques et opportunités, gestion actions techniques du projet),
- S'assurer, avec le RSP (Responsable Sécurité Projet) et l'OSSI (Officier de Sécurité des Systèmes d’Information), de la conformité de la solution avec les exigences règlementaires applicables,
- Approuver tous les documents techniques du projet,
- Préparer la partie technique des réunions de pilotages.

Le poste pouvant nécessiter d'accéder à des informations relevant du secret de la défense nationale, la personne retenue fera l'objet d'une procédure d’habilitation, conformément aux dispositions des articles R.2311-1 et suivants du Code de la défense et de l’IGI 1300 SGDSN/PSE du 09 août 2021.
