Notre objectif 2023 est de tripler notre CA et de devenir leader sur le marché français Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un Lead Account Executive pour manager une équipe qui fournit aux restaurateurs une solution qui révolutionne l’industrie de la food

En tant que Lead tu seras responsable de la performance, du management et du coaching de notre équipe SMB (2 à 24 points de ventes) constituée de 5 personnes.

Le choix d’une solution comme Inpulse est stratégique et structurante pour nos clients. Il y a de nombreuses parties prenantes ce qui nécessite, pour nos AE, une maîtrise technique de leur sujet, des compétences en gestion de projet et une capacité à s’adresser à des interlocuteurs différents entre terrain et siège (CFO, Directeurs des Achats, Manager, Chef de cuisine )

**L’équipe **:Sales est composée de 9 personnes (1 Head of Sales et 8 Account Executive). C’est une création de poste avec un report direct à notre Head of Sales. Nous prévoyons de doubler les effectifs de l’équipe cette année.

**Missions**:
Management
- Management d’une équipe de 5 personnes : animation d’équipe, assurer un suivi individualisé des membres de l’équipe, participation aux recrutements )

Performance
- Assurer la formation continue de ton équipe : coaching, formation (avec l’aide d’outil comme Aircall et Modjo)

Suivi et process
- Piloter et suivre les performances de ton équipe à travers un reporting régulier
- Etre dans une démarche d’amélioration continue des process et du discours commercial

Profil recherché
- Tu as une expérience en commercial chasseur avec impérativement une expérience dans le BtoB (5 ans minimum), dans la vente de service à haute valeur ajoutée à des interlocuteurs C-Level
- Tu as une première expérience en management et/ou formation de Sales
- Tu connais ou tu as une appétence pour le marché de la restauration et de la GMS
- LANGUES- SAVOIR-ÊTRE- Maîtrise de soi- SAVOIR-FAIRECycle de vente
