**ABOUT THE JOB**
We’re looking for a **Sell Out Manager** who will report to our **Europe Director.** As a fast-growing brand, we need to strengthen our commercial team by finding a rockstar expert in optimization sell out performance who will be looking after France & Middle East Markets. As a member of our amazing commercial team, you will collaborate with the Area Managers and internal partners to develop sales performance through retail and sell-out strategy.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
**Performance optimization**
- Monitor monthly sales performance to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Be agile and proactive to drive sales and lead stores to accomplish full potential
- In charge of data collection to monitor the sales results for your region accordingly to set targets
- Regularly visit stores to support the sales team and understand the store environment and competition
- Ensure VM guidelines are following brand standards
- Collaborate with the VM and the stores to regularly update the VM
- Create post launch analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to share with the marketing team
- Be the key contact for all key commercial partners.
**Operational Trade Marketing**
- Develop a strong trade plan to support launches with the Area Manager
- Plan and execute go to market strategy of new products
- Negotiate trade marketing plan to maximize brand visibility and execute it to the highest level
- Manage the trade marketing budget
- Collaborate with the e-retail manager to have a coordinated omnichannel approach
- Monitor ROI & KPIs for all animations and retail activities
- Implement monthly staff challenges
- Cascade all key information (marketing plans, visual merchandising; marketing guidelines) to stakeholders
- Develop strong collaborative relationship with Go-To-Market & PR Team.
**Training Support**
- Share all training materials and follow their local execution
- Support the training needs and organize training events
- Be a key training support through ad hoc trainings (brand introductions; key launches).
**Important to mention**
- You will travel 30% of the time.
- You will co-manage one intern.

**WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO**
- You have a proven experience in a similar position of 3 to 5 years, ideally in the retail luxury sector
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- You have strong analytical skills, including numerical analysis
- You are fluent in English and French.
