Rattaché au DRH des fonctions Support, vous serez en charge des missions et objectifs du partenaire RH métier pour plusieurs Directions Support.
**Vos activités au quotidien...**:
Par la bonne connaissance des organisations dans lesquelles vous évoluez, la confiance que vous développez, vous êtes le point d'entrée RH des collaborateurs et managers.
Pour les équipes dans votre périmètre de responsabilité, vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Accompagner les managers dans la compréhension des enjeux humains et le développement de leurs équipes.
- Répondre à l'ensemble des problématiques RH quotidiennes des managers et collaborateurs en s'appuyant sur l'expertise technique de services dédiés tels que la paie, l'administration du personnel, Recrutement Center, Tereos Académie, Compensation and benefits, services généraux
- Assurer l'adéquation entre les ressources (recrutement, anticipation des remplacements, organisation, formation) et les besoins nécessaires au développement du business.
- Déployer les process RH groupe dans une logique d'alignement et d'harmonisation : valeurs, avantages sociaux
- Assurer les plans de succession notamment en favorisant la promotion et la mobilité interne.
- Mettre en œuvre la politique de gestion des talents : détecter les potentiels, assurer la revue des Talents et la cohérence des plans de succession.
- Veiller au respect des politiques de rémunération du Groupe (cohérence et équité)
- Promouvoir et veiller au respect des politiques du Groupe en matière d'égalité, de diversité et de lutte contre tout harcèlement.
- Gérer les dossiers individuels des salariés notamment sur les sujets sensibles.
