Credit and Collections Analyst

**Title: Credit and Collections Analyst**
**Location: Glenview, IL - 60026 (Remote)**
**Duration of the contract: 4 Months + (Extension or Permanent)**
**Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (M-F)**
**Pay rate: $20/hr**
- This is a Credit Coordinator position for Third Party Billing on our Centralized Financial Services Team.
- This position is responsible for the evaluation and execution of electronic billing for a diverse customer portfolio.
- Working with Customers, Sales, & Credit to evaluate new or changing electronic billing requests and implement an appropriate invoicing solution.
- The position also includes identifying billing disputes and related issues to understand root cause and take corrective action to support the order to cash process.
- Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining reporting requirements.
- Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus and accuracy while addressing multiple priorities.
- Must be a quick learner with the initiative and confidence to investigate, problem solve, and make informed decisions, in a timely and efficient manner.
