- Participer activement aux réunions de co-engineering et de tolérancement pour les WPs éligible.
- Participer activement aux réunions de création macro process et process détaillé avec la MFT (multi functional team IDF Flux assy) o Ces macro process d’assemblage intégreront des fonctionnalités de stockage - transitique robotique
- cobotique -contrôle géométrique.
- Participer /établir des équilibrages de tâches d’assemblage ,simulations de flux industriels pour tout ou partie de work package assignés.
- Participer / réaliser en fonction des hypothèses industrielles (cadences, site de production, planning.. ) ,des implantations de chaîne d’assemblage du /des work packages assignés.
- Valoriser en hrs /dht les macro gammes et les gammes d’assemblage (sur la base d’outils FERT ou équivalent).
- Participer / proposer des solutions innovantes dans les domaines de l’assemblage aérostructure de work package métallique.
- Etablir un draft de planification de ces avants projets.
- S’assurer de l’adhérence de la MFT sur les divers simulations et avant projets
- Fournir un reporting -dépendant des projets
- d’avancement des livrables
- De technicien expérimenté à ingénieur débutant
- Connaissances en procédés de fabrications / Assemblage de produits mécaniques aéronautique.
- Vous êtes dynamique, force de proposition, et vous aimez les challenges.
- Le contact avec l’atelier et les fonctions support vous anime.
- Connaissance des outils SAP / CATIA V5
- De l’expérience avec 3DX serait fortement apprécié
