**International Development Support - Apprentice 24 months - Nanterre (92) M/W**

**What will your job consist in ?**

BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions is the company of the BNP Paribas Group specialized in providing leasing and financial services to professionals and companies.

It reconciles three commercial approaches:

- Financing the sales of its partners, manufacturers / publishers and distributors (vendor approach)
- Financing investments and offering asset management solutions to companies (direct approach)
- Serving the clients of the BNP Paribas Group (servicing approach)

With over 60 years of experiences, 3,600 employees, and present in 20 countries.

The Country Supervision Division covers all the countries where Leasing Solutions is presented, in China it is through a stake in Jiangsu Financial Leasing (JFL) and a JV creation project is ongoing.

It is in this context that we are looking for an apprentice to assist one of the Project Managers in our international development activities.

His/her main missions will be:

- Contribution to the international strategic development plan
- Follow-up and analysis of JFL financial reporting
- JFL and JV board meetings preparation
- Conduct leasing market research in China and analyze potential partners and competitors
- Organization of In site and virtual seminars for the Chinese delegation
- Ensuring a facilitating role in the communication and information exchange between LS and JFL & JV
- Fast response to country supervisors’ ad hoc requests

**The work environment is essential **

The apprentice will join the International Coordination and Support team consisting of 4 people, within the Country Supervision Division, whose main missions are:

- Ensure the correct implementation and execution of LS Governance and Control framework in the different countries
- Supervise the consistency of Countries contributions to LS budget and strategic plans
- Integrate, structure and share key information so as to allow the Country manager to be fully aligned with LS strategy
- Ensure key LS projects are correctly communicated and assimilated through a proper transversal approach on Corporate and Country level (workshops, best practices, ea..)
- Support LS development on new geographies (China, USA, Nordics) through adapted organization and governance models
- Drive and secure strategic cross country initiatives

The position is based in Nanterre Ville, accessible by the RER A.

**Will you be our next International Development Support coop apprentice ?**

You will study for a Master’s degree

**Your mother tongue is Chinese Mandarin and you should be fluent en English.**
