Description du poste

Rejoindre l'équipe sales de Dailymotion, c'est participer activement à la création de valeur de l'entreprise en accompagnant le déploiement de campagnes publicitaires premium sur notre catalogue vidéo.

Afin d’accompagner le développement de notre régie, nous recherchons un Sales Manager pour gérer le portefeuille GroupM

Sous la responsabilité du Team Lead, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Organiser et développer l’activité commerciale sur un portefeuille de clients dans le respect des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs fixés par votre encadrement.
- Développer et fidéliser les clients existants afin de maximiser le chiffre d’affaires au regard des objectifs fixés ;
- Réaliser l’objectif d’activité (nombre de rendez-vous) ;
- Identifier et répondre aux besoins des clients en collaboration avec l’équipe marketing régie ;
- Définir un plan d’action annuel : commercialisation des solutions publicitaires de la régie sur le portefeuille selon les besoins clients et en coordination avec les différents pôles experts (Opérations, Partnerships, Marketing régie et équipe contenue) ;
- Assurer au quotidien la satisfaction client et mettre en place les améliorations nécessaires ;
- Anticiper et régler les litiges clients éventuels.
- Assurer le reporting (bilan d’activité, plan d’action, partage d’informations).
- Assurer une veille marché et concurrentielle.

**Qualifications**:

- De formation supérieure, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans le monde des médias et de la publicité en ligne acquise au sein d'une régie publicitaire.
- Doté d’un excellent relationnel, tenace, rigoureux, vous êtes reconnu pour votre tempérament commercial et vous savez adresser des interlocuteurs de différents niveaux en agence et annonceur.
- Vous avez déjà évolué au sein d’une régie en ayant la charge d’une portefeuille Agence.
