**Responsabilités**

Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des Systèmes d’Information, nous recherchons un Data Manager qui travaillera en lien étroit avec les chefs de projet SI et le Digital Product Manager. Vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du périmètre applicatif de l’entreprise (ERP, CRM,).

A ce titre, vos principales missions consistent à:
1. Participer à la définition et à l’animation de la gouvernance liée à la gestion des données : accessibilité, qualité et sécurité:

- Etablir et participer à l’amélioration continue de la gouvernance des données
- Être garant du modèle, de sa cohérence et de la qualité des données
- Etablir, maintenir à jour et diffuser le référentiel des procédures et processus opérationnels liés
- Proposer et mettre en place une solution de Master Data Management

2. Accompagner le groupe ENVEA dans son projet de transformation digitale:

- Identifier les nouvelles sources de données à récolter pour enrichir les analyses de l’entreprise
- Organiser techniquement les extractions de ces données : interactions avec les différents services et la DSI

3. Superviser, animer la qualité des données et garantir le respect du modèle de données
- Piloter la qualité des données et réaliser les actions correctrices nécessaires
- Définir, suivre et animer les KPI liés à la qualité des données
- Remonter les dysfonctionnements et suivre leur résolution
- Réaliser des analyses ou des études pour les besoins du métier

4. Former, informer et accompagner les opérationnels sur les données
- Tenir informés les contributeurs et les utilisateurs de la donnée des éventuels changements et évolutions
- Elaborer des outils de formation afin de faciliter la montée en compétence des utilisateurs
- Animer l’équipe IT (management, gestion des absences, etc )
- Définir, mettre en place et suivre les KPI
- Mettre en place et tenir à jour les procédures et la documentation technique afin de partager l’expérience et la connaissance au sein de l’équipe
- Piloter le support aux utilisateurs

**Profil**

De formation Bac+5 de type ingénieur, informatique, vous disposez d’une expérience de plusieurs années sur un poste similaire.

Vous maîtrisez les systèmes de gestion de base de données ainsi que les langages de requêtes de type SQL ou le langage d’interrogation de données.

Vous savez travailler de façon transversale avec différents interlocuteurs.

Vous savez faire preuve d’organisation, de rigueur, de leadership, et être force de proposition.

Vous travaillerez avec des équipes basées à l’étranger et sur des projets internationaux, ainsi un niveau d’anglais courant (écrit et oral) est indispensable.
