We have a great job opportunity for a Hotline Coordinator / Supervisor to join our team in France.
This is a Hybrid position with 2x days per week working from home, Office is based in Nanterre Paris.
**Tasks description**
- Hotline: manage calls & requests, process repairs according to responsibilities (tenant/landlord), coordinate service providers, monitor intervention, and report to customers.
- Departure Service Pre-visits: analysis of pre-check-out reports, establish costings, report to customer
Exit: check that recommendations have been followed, and if necessary, organize the mandatory works with providers within the time frame.
Lease termination: validate deductions from deposit; if necessary, analyze and negotiate; if necessary, prepare litigation file.
- Follow-up of key movements
- Claims: coordinate claims files with the parties involved: insurance declarations, follow-up on repairs, and invoicing.
- Invoicing: approve and register service provider invoices
- Service provider management: monitoring of existing providers, search for new ones, creation in our system
- Sending customer feedback after each hotline
**Skills**
- Strong customer service experience
- Experience in monitoring contractor providers (2-5 years)
- Strong ability to find solutions, work in a rush and remain precise, ability to analyze and report
- Good interpersonal skills: written and oral diplomatic communication skills, adaptability, and team spirit
- Native French is required, fluent English is necessary, and technical English is a plus
- Knowledge as a plus: housing life techniques (plumbing, electricity, etc.), maintenance & repairs for tenants in France
- Pack Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 92752 Nanterre Cedex: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
- Coordinator: 3 years (preferred)
