**Missions**

Vous travaillez au sein du pôle infrastructure, sous la Responsabilité du Directeur. Vous gérez et coordonnez l’ensemble du support et faites évoluer l’existant via différents projets.

**Garantir l’accompagnement des utilisateurs dans l’utilisation des outils informatiques**
- Analyser et suivre les demandes afin d’apporter l’expertise nécessaire auprès des interlocuteurs (fonctionnement du poste de travail, logiciels et réseaux, performance des outils )
- Former et conseiller les utilisateurs sur les solutions mises en œuvre dans le cadre des projets de déploiement ou d’évolution d’outils.
- Sensibiliser et former les utilisateurs aux problématiques de sécurité.

**Déployer et maintenir l’infrastructure et le réseau informatique**
- Déployer et maintenir l’infrastructure et le réseau informatique en assurant son cycle de vie (choix du matériel, des fournisseurs)
- Elaborer, rédiger des procédures d’installation et de maintenance
- Assurer la coordination des prestataires intervenant sur le matériel (ordinateurs, imprimantes...) + gestion stock, contrats

**Gestion de Projets**
- Définition du périmètre, du cahier des charges
- Evaluation des enjeux, chiffrage et risques
- Installe,configure et maintient les produits informatiques de son périmètre
- Documentation des processus ; amélioration continue

- Microsoft Windows 7/10/11et MacOs
- Applicatifs métiers Pack Office, Messagerie, Active Directory
- Outils de visioconférence (Teams, Webex, Zoom)
- Réseau : TCPI/IP (Maitrise), DNS/DHCP (bonne connaissance générale)
- Téléphonie Android iOS
- Sensibilité pour Linux (système exploitation serveurs) ; fonctionnement des API

Votre état d’esprit est positif, vous avez le sens du service et vous êtes force de proposition.

Vous avez un **anglais** **conversationnel** ; vous participerez de temps en temps aux réunions IT européennes.

Projets à venir : Déploiement MDM/UEM ; Inventorisation complète puis création des cycles de vie (refonte des process achats) ; Déploiement antivirus & password manager ; Déploiement plateforme d'appel pour restructuration des téléphones fixes

Des déplacements sur d’autres sites de temps en temps, en île de France majoritairement.
