The **Project Manager **is in charge of the platform setup, transformation with regards to migration of existing services, and operation. He/she follows-up the project progress in term of deadlines, quality and budget. He/she manages the SIDE partner transition during operation

**The missions will be the following**:

- Ensure project management of the platform setup, development, run and evolution
- Transformation project management with migration of existing services
- Management of SIDE partner transition
- Ensure the correct implementation of the solution governance
- Support BUs in the transfer to the Shared Line of Service (SLS) platform and process transformation
- Follow-up project progress (governance, planning, actions plan, risks management, changes,)
- Ensure platform operation with SIDE, monitor SLAs and objectives, follow-up incident management and root cause analysis. Ensure seamless operation with other SLS and suppliers
- Ensure the staffing among the global team
- Ensure IT security is in place and up-to-date
- Synchronize all project participants
- Coordinate change management and training
- Control KPIs : deadline, quality, budget

**The profile we are looking for**:

- 5+ years professional IT and project management experience.
- Agile and scrum experience with certification
- International project management experience
- Experience in a decentralized and/or international company or organisation is a plus
