Les principales missions du Responsable administrateur Achats et Marchés de travaux comprennent les tâches suivantes (liste non exhaustive):
- Coordonner la validation des paiements sur avancement ou jalons.
- Examiner les éléments fournis par les entreprises pour justifier tous les travaux supplémentaires ou les réclamations (Claims) émises.
- Veiller à établir en temps utile les PV des réunions de lancement (KOM) avec les sous-traitants.
- Organise et s’assurer de la bonne tenue du classement des commandes et des correspondances associées.
- Faire le suivi des FDM (Fiches de Modifications), quelle qu’en soit l’origine, et garantir la bonne exécution du processus de leur instruction, jusqu’à leurs validations finales.
- Préparer la correspondance contractuelle (notification de non-conformité, réponse aux courriers,..)
- Suivre les réclamations et prétentions des entreprises et participer à la stratégie de défense correspondante ; documenter toute correspondance des entreprises concernant des réclamations et s'assurer qu’une réponse soit apportée.
- Apporter son support au suivi Capex du projet (fait par autre).
- Initier et collecter les informations relatives au document d'évaluation des performances des entreprises en fin de prestation.
Il est entendu qu’aucune nouvelle commande n’est préparée par le responsable administrateur Achats/Marchés.
