**About Us**
Blobr was founded in 2020 with the vision of simplifying the way companies expose and share APIs. We've created a No Code solution that empowers everyone to share and monetize their APIs, contributing to a smarter, more transparent world.
We then realized that our expertise in APIs allowed us to create an AI-powered assistant that connects your SaaS to a Large Language Model (LLM). Essentially, we are building an AI assistant that can answer any questions related to your data.
We're an early-stage startup backed by top VCs and BAs (New Wave, 10xFounders, Seedcamp...), and we're looking for passionate individuals to join our team and make a significant impact on our growth.
**The Role**
We're seeking a Head of Marketing with at least 7 years of experience to join our Growth team. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand image and positioning Blobr as an innovative and forward-thinking company in the AI ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Brand DNA to enhance our image and attract our target audience.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to create and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Work closely with the Product team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and manage relationships with external partners and influencers to enhance our brand image.
- Create compelling brand narratives and marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
**What we're looking for**
- At least 7 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in a tech startup.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies and possessing brand equity knowledge.
- Strong understanding of the tech and AI industry and current marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with marketing tech tools is a plus.

- 45-minute video call with Jérémie, Founder's Associate.
- 1-hour live case study interview.
- 45-minute culture interview with the Product Team.
- 30-minute call with Alex, CEO & Founder.
