En tant que Customer Success Manager, tu contribues à faire vivre une expérience unique à nos clients entreprises et à nos utilisateurs. Tu es l’interlocuteur privilégié et le partenaire stratégique de nos clients. Tu construis avec eux une relation de confiance dans la durée pour que la solution Meeriad répondes à leurs attentes.
- **Conseil** : développer une relation client de qualité de l’onboarding au renouvellement du contrat. Identifier les enjeux majeurs des clients, construire une roadmap, définir les objectifs et maîtriser les projets d’un point de vue technique et organisationnel.
- **Projets** : développer des concepts innovants de santé mentale et conception pro-active avec les clients. Pilotage de la performance des dispositifs mis en place. Retours et discussions avec les équipes produit & technique pour améliorer les services fournis aux clients.
- **Communication** : favoriser l’adoption de Meeriad par les collaborateurs en développant des communications impactantes et anticiper les futurs enjeux de vos clients en adaptant vos recommandations à leur maturité.
- **Veille** : Mesurer l’efficacité des leviers marketing mis en œuvre. Réaliser une veille sur les campagnes menées par les concurrents. Étudier le ROI des actions et proposer les ajustements nécessaires.

Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI

Salaire : 35 000,00€ à 45 000,00€ par an
