**About the role**

As Global HR Manager you will work closely with the Global HR Director to translate strategy into efficient HR actions, to build high performance and engaged teams. You will deliver value-added service to the business area that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Reporting to global HR director Hospitality, you will act as a true Business Partner.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Deliver and participate in the development of key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, included but not limited to Onboarding/ Induction, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Rewards & Recognition, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion
- Manage culture initiatives to ensure that our entrepreneurial culture maintains momentum
- Analyze data and analytics to identify key issues or concerns that could impact the business area and help to proactively develop strategies to address trends
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously propose initiative on how to improve our HR processes.
- Work in close interaction with HR colleagues and managers around the world

**Who you are**
- Master’s degree
- 5+ years' HRBP experience in an international environment
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- You are flexible and able to handle and navigate changes
- You have a ‘get things done’ mentality, you are innovative and able to engage with management.
- Team player
- Self-organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French would be a plus)
- Agility to move from strategic / tactical matters to operational requirements
