**Sweep is on the lookout for a Freelance Tech Recruiter to join our mission-driven team.**:

**Ok, sounds exciting. What will I be doing?**

To be more specific, this includes:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled tech professionals for various roles within Sweep.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify top talent in the tech industry.
- Collaborate with our internal Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.

**Qualifications**
- Freelancer status
- 3-5 years of experience in tech recruitment or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for tech roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- French & English fluency.
