We're looking for an energetic and inspiring leader who is willing to take risks to drive innovation forward while putting customer success at the forefront of our business. The regional CoE leader for the Financial services industry will look to work closely with their CoE HQ counterparts in shaping the global Financial Services Industry (FSI) strategy, whilst leading and accountable for the EMEA strategy, delivery and results. The role requires deep collaboration with the EMEA consumption, partner, technical and digital sales teams. This is a commissioned sales position.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**
- Coordinate SMG efforts across EMEA SMG teams + Intel's business groups to establish clear strategy, priorities + execution plan
- Lead strategic industry engagements, opportunity mgt for industry and provide domain support Industry Transformational engagements (ITE's) + strategic deal and design wins.
- Develop and execute an integrated plan to achieve business objectives within budget which ensures our customers and partners deliver the desired results
- Manage day to day execution to deliver on business goals.
- Develop a data-driven and repeatable methodology for growing customers and managing financial services relationships in EMEA
- Role modelling and cultivating the highest levels of integrity, ethics, respect, and inclusion.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels to influence their long-term strategic direction.
- Take informed risks, effectively challenge the status quo.

**Qualifications**:** Required skills and experience**
- Min 7 years of sales experience
- Min 5 years working in the financial services industry
- Proven track record delivering Sales results within a complex environment
- Ability to recognize dynamic shifts in markets and ecosystems and communicate effectively as a leader within a global/EMEA matrixed team.
- Proven ability to embrace, drive change and orchestrate an inclusive highly matrixed SMG community.
- Experience in driving new sales motions including SW + Services, routes to market and a passion for outcome-based selling - ADDS
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to work within an ambiguous environment while driving to stated goals and objectives
- Ability to manage key stakeholder relationships at all levels in a complex matrixed environment
- Demonstrate ability to influence at all levels of organizations.
- Demonstrate results and accountability for broad leadership, building of followership and role modeling of Intel's cultural attributes and values
- Effective communicator and strong team player.
- Recognized as a culture role model, leader within Intel and strong 'team' ethos
