**DESCRIPTIF DES MISSIONS**:
Au sein de l’équipe Operations et en collaboration avec les HR Business Partners, le(la) HR Officer est en charge de:
- Administration du personnel : support aux HRBP dans la gestion des aspects administratifs de la vie d'un salarié (mutuelle, prévoyance, visite médicale, attestations, période d’essai, congés, maladie...)
- Préparation des contrats de travail, des avenants et mise à jour
- Participation à la gestion de la paie (récolte des éléments variables, contrôle des bulletins, commande des titres restaurant, suivi des primes, solde de tout compte )
- Suivi et mise à jour des outils de gestion RH
- Participation à la gestion du matériel des collaborateur(trice)s
- Participation au parcours d’intégration des nouveaux(elles) collaborateur(trice)s
- Rédaction et animation de la newsletter RH mensuelle
- Participation aux projets de développement RH dans le service (télétravail, formation, campagnes d’entretiens, sondage salarié, bien-être au travail )
- Participation à l’animation de la marque employeur avec notre équipe recrutement
- Droit social : veille sur les problématiques du droit du travail
**CE POSTE EST FAIT POUR VOUS SI**:
- Vous avez de l’empathie
- Vous êtes rigoureux, avez le sens de l’organisation et de l’engagement
- Vous avez une appétence pour le domaine de l’Ed-Tech
- Vous avez une 1ère expérience en tant qu’HR Officer / Chargé(e) des RH
- Vous avez un anglais professionnel
- La connaissance des logiciels RH type Lucca, Silae est un plus
