Autopartage, véhicules électriques, assistant personnel de mobilité, location ponctuelle, covoiturage, vélopartageAlphabet propose à ses clients des solutions de mobilité innovantes et les accompagne dans leurs plans de mobilité par une expertise en audit et conseil.
**Fonction**:
Le service Risque de Valeurs Résiduelles et Prestations cherche une ou un analyste pour compléter son équipe. Agissant sous la responsabilité du Responsable Risques Valeurs Résiduelles et Prestations, l’Analyste Asset risk aura pour missions de:
- Suivre pro-activement le marché économique et automobile ainsi que le lancement de nouveaux modèles/générations;
- Calculer et définir des valeurs résiduelles pour le New business, pour toute marque et tout modèle (voitures particulières et véhicules utilitaires) disponible à la commande, et présenter les recommandations de changements auprès du Comité Valeur Résiduelle d’Alphabet France;
- Modéliser et calculer les grilles de dépréciation durée/kilométrage, afin de s’assurer que les valeurs résiduelles soient correctes en tout point de la matrice;
- Modéliser et calculer les coûts des prestations de services des véhicules (entretien, pneumatiques, véhicules de remplacement, gestion de sinistres);
- Calculer et analyser les « expected losses/profits » sur les valeurs résiduelles du portefeuille actif (environ 100 000 véhicules) et faire des recommandations sur le niveau correct de provision pour risque d’Alphabet France;
- Contribuer à l’automatisation de traitement de données liées aux valeurs résiduelles et/ou aux services, à leur intégration dans nos bases de données et à en assurer leur qualité;
- Être moteur et force de proposition pour le développement et enrichissement de reporting Asset risk notamment pour le suivi d’indicateurs de marchés (VN et VO), benchmark et suivi de KPIs internes;
- Définir le Standard RV Risk cost pour le new business;
- Développer des outils d’aide à la décision;
- Être support du Central sur des projets de transformation et demandes ad-hoc;
- Contribuer à la mise en place des procédures et contrôles internes;
- Contribuer à la qualité de l’image de marque d’Alphabet auprès des clients internes et externe.
Vous travaillerez en étroite relation avec les équipes Controlling, Pricing, Remarketing, Achats, Services Alphabet, Risque BMW Finance et Risque Central.
**Profil**:
De formation supérieure en gestion du risque, statistiques, mathématiques ou finance, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en analyse statistique dans un environnement financier.
Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience significative de minimum 5 ans avec une connaissance du monde de la location longue durée.
Vous avez un bon esprit de synthèse et avez une capacité à travailler sous pression.
Vous travaillez de manière autonome et proactive en ayant l'esprit d'équipe.
Vous êtes une personne avec un bon relationnel, organisée, fiable et adaptable.
Vous faites preuve d’un esprit d’analyse pour résoudre des problèmes complexes.
Vous avez une capacité à créer des modèles statistiques.
Votre bonne pratique d’Excel, Power Point, d’outils BI (Power BI, Tableau) et de logiciel statistique (SAS, R) vous permettront d’être opérationnel rapidement
La maitrise de l’anglais est obligatoire. Une appétence pour le monde automobile est un atout.
