We are seeking an autonomous, structured and highly adaptive Chief of Staff to support the CEO and C-levels in structuring our Company and Comex Agenda (including OKR), zooming in some hot strategic topics, elaborating documents and supports to enhance the decision making process in a highly transversal overview of the company. Like the “eyes and ears of the CEO”, the Chief Of Staff will have the responsibility to make sure that all the transversal strategic and operational aspects of the business are running smoothly for the CEO and other executives.

**As Chief of Staff, your main responsibilities will be the following**:

- Collaborate with the CEO and the COMEX to structure the life of the company including among others: COMEX agenda and offsites, animation of various governance groups (BUs, Senior Leadership Team,), preparation of key meetings (AllHands / Offsite events structuration / Meeting Minutes )
- Own the OKR process, coordinate their definition and execution, making sure all teams are aligned behind the company strategy
- Provide department leaders with guidelines and consultation to improve teamwork and transversal collaboration across the organization
- Own & ensure smooth execution of key strategic initiatives : market analysis, decision making process, coordination of implementation across all teams involved
- Take on some temporary responsibility on some specific business issues especially in the case of acquisitions or during transformational projects deployments
- Put in place and maintain a deep connection and understanding of the main company stakeholders (leaders, employees, partners, customers, investors) to make sure the CEO and COMEX stays well informed and make prompt decisions keeping in mind the different voices and perspectives
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets when necessary and hand in hand with the CFO
- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
- Evaluate overall business performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

**What will contribute to your success**:

- 10+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or in a highly cross-functional role at a high-growth scale-up (operations,)
- Successful proven management experience is a plus
- Proven success in entrepreneurship and/or in the tech environment
- Excellent communication, management and organizational skills
- Highly structured in a fast paced and versatile environment
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
- French and English fluent
