En tant qu’Account Manager, tu intégreras l’équipe Customer Success dans un contexte stratégique pour Inpulse en 2025. Ce poste marque la création de notre nouveau pôle Account Management dédié à la vente d’add-ons dans un objectif de segmentation de notre offre.
En collaborant étroitement avec les CSM, tu seras non seulement chargé de maximiser la valeur pour nos clients les plus stratégiques, mais aussi de poser les bases de ce nouveau pôle. Avec un rôle mêlant opérations terrain et réflexion stratégique, tu contribueras directement à façonner cette nouvelle fonction.
**Equipe**
Notre équipe Customer Success comprend 8 membres : un Head of CSM, 6 Customer Success Managers, et un Onboarding Specialist. Les CSM assurent le succès de nos clients en veillant à l’utilisation optimale de la plateforme, à leur satisfaction et à leur fidélisation.
L’Account Manager intervient de manière transverse sur nos comptes clients les plus importants. En collaboration directe et en binôme avec les CSM, il identifie les opportunités de croissance et prend le relais pour proposer et vendre des add-ons adaptés.
Ce rôle implique également des échanges réguliers avec les équipes Sales, Produit et Marketing.
**Missions**
Gestion du Cycle de Vente des Add-ons
- En collaboration avec les CSM, tu assures le cycle de vente complet de nos modules additionnels_
- Tu prospectes activement chez nos clients existants pour identifier les opportunités de vente d’add-ons
- Tu identifies les opportunités en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes CS et Partenariat
- Tu fais les démo, négocies les prix, finalise les contrats, et assures le closing des ventes
- Tu participes à la préparation des propositions commerciales lors des renouvellements de contrats pour optimiser la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients.
Constituer et maintenir un pipe d’opportunités
- Tu crées et entretiens des relations privilégiées avec les personas clés de chaque compte pour favoriser les ventes
- Tu participes activement aux salons professionnels, événements clients, et rencontres avec les partenaires pour renforcer les relations existantes et identifier de nouvelles opportunités
- Tu travailles avec le pôle marketing pour planifier et exécuter des communications pertinentes autour des add-ons
- Tu échanges régulièrement avec le pôle produit pour t’assurer que les add-ons proposés répondent aux besoins spécifiques des clients
Prévisions et Objectifs:
- Tu définis des prévisions de ventes claires et mets en place des actions pour t’assurer de l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux
- Tu crées et mets à jour la documentation commerciale nécessaire pour améliorer les taux de conversion et maximiser les ventes
Profil recherché
- Tu as 4 ans d’expérience en tant qu’AM ou AE
- Tu maîtrises les techniques commerciales
- Tu sais créer des relations longs termes avec des interlocuteurs C-Levels
