**Job description**

**Context**

In a context of strong growth, it becomes necessary for Clone to structure its sales force. And that's where you come in

As a Sales Team Lead, you will report directly to the Brand General Manager in charge of our Indian food brand. With your team of Sales Managers, you will be responsible for developing our network of partner restaurants in France and Benelux.

You will manage and develop a team of 10 sales people who work on the entire sales cycle and manage outbound leads.

**Your missions will consist of**:

- Train and lead a team of Sales Managers (all levels of seniority) to ensure maximum growth.
- Define, with your Brand General Manager, a commercial strategy that you will deploy with your team.
- Define KPI's and objectives to monitor the performance of your team.
- Set up monthly, quarterly and annual reviews to ensure that all team members are on track.
- Keep an eye on the pipes of your sales and assist them on complex deals.
- Identify new business opportunities in the restaurant industry.
- Reporting to your Brand General Manager.
- Ensure the completion and maintenance of the information entered in our CRM.
- Develop and continuously improve our sales processes and best practices

**You are the perfect match if**:

- You have a strong experience as an Outbound Sales (minimum 3 years) and a first experience as a manager.
- You are a natural leader and you have a strong taste for teaching: you like to share and transmit your knowledge.
- You like to thrive in challenging environments and have a problem-solver approach.
- You have an interest in the restaurant business.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You are rigorous, well-organized and autonomous.
- You have a strong ability to structure and implement processes.
- You are fluent in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Urdu, Bangla, Tamil, French, Dutch/Flemish is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Bonus points if**:

- You are proficient in the Hubspot CRM software
- You have experience in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry
