**Description du poste et Missions**:
Geser-Best Lille recherche sur la région d'Albert un **Project Manager Officer Industrie H/F.**

En tant que Project Manager Officer, vous serez responsable de la gestion et du pilotage de projets industriels complexes. Vous serez chargé d'initialiser, de piloter et de contrôler l'ensemble des activités du projet, en veillant à respecter les objectifs de coût, délai, qualité et rentabilité.

**Missions**:

- Initialisation de projet/programme : Organisation projet, rédaction du plan de management, mise en place des outils de pilotage.
- Pilotage opérationnel et contrôle : Coordination des activités, supervision du travail des acteurs internes et externes.
- Gestion de la gouvernance : Préparation des instances de gouvernance et des comités opérationnels.
- Reporting & indicateurs : Analyse des données, suivi des KPI pour la performance opérationnelle.
- Planification : Etablissement des plannings incluant l'évaluation des risques.
- Gestion des risques et opportunités : Identification et suivi des risques via les plans de Contingence de Mitigation.
- Gestion des contrats : Coordination des négociations, suivi de la performance contractuelle.
- Amélioration des processus : Standardisation des processus clés de la gestion de projet.

- Diplôme BAC +5 en Ecole d’ingénieur ou équivalent.
- Première expérience en gestion de projet industriel.
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Aptitude à évoluer dans des domaines variés avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
- Certification en gestion de projet PMP, Prince2, SAFe, ITIL, Lean six sigma serait un atout.
