Environment and Climate Project Manager F/H
Position Description:
Reporting to the Sustainability manager, rattached to the Transversal Projects director at the CEO office, oversees the Company’s Sustainability strategy “Precious for the Future”, in line with the vision of the Kering group. This role will be instrumental in improving the environmental and climate impact across our business, and the industry as a whole, towards a sustainable future, ensuring the Company meets and overachieves its Environmental and Climate goals.
Your main missions would be as follows:
- In charge of the Company Sustainability performance measurement: Manage data collection campaigns, support as an expert data analysis on environmental and climate topics, and reporting (Environmental Profit & Loss reporting and Environmental Reporting), in close collaboration with key departments and Kering Group to define and drive a data-driven Sustainability roadmap.
- Support the development of the Carbon Strategy (data collection, collaboration with other departments, development of a dedicated roadmap aligned with the targets, roll out of the roadmap).
- Oversee and drive the execution of the Sustainability strategy “Precious for the Future” and our 2025/2030 Sustainability goals in alignment with business priorities, working in close collaboration with Kering Sustainability teams and operational teams across the organization
- Contribute to the annual Impact Report, especially for environment and climate parts, and ensure transparency of our Sustainability efforts towards various stakeholders.
- Monitor and synthesize industry trends, regulation evolutions, and stakeholder requirements. For instance, CSRD regulation, Biodiversity issue, etc. Develop strategic reports and recommendations inspired by emerging technology/processes to be translated into actionable plans for the Company.
Your Profile:
- 2-5-year relevant professional experience or equivalent with strong environment and climate components (ex:ESG audits, carbon footprint, environmental reporting, life cycle assessments). Experience related to Boucheron focus areas is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of Sustainability concepts, if possible related to the Jewelry Industry / Extractive industry (ex. CSRD, SBTi, GHG Protocol, Biodiversity initiative, SASB, RJC, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBi is a plus.
- Track record in successfully leading projects with important change components. Experience in project management, defining and managing processes are appreciated.
- Proactivity, adaptability, and integrity are valued, as well as developed interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
