**Objectifs du poste**:

- Être l'expert global référent des processus de planification des matériaux de One Alstom.
- Créer et mettre à jour le manuel de planification des matériaux et les documents de soutien dont les sites ont besoin pour réaliser les activités de planification des matériaux.
- Représenter les attentes et les intérêts de la planification des matériaux dans tous les groupes interfonctionnels mondiaux.
- Responsable de la création d'une forte culture de la planification des matériaux sur tous les sites, en collaboration avec le directeur régional de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Définir et mettre à jour le modèle de base du processus de planification des matériaux applicable à toutes les lignes de produits et à tous les sites.
- Aligner les outils de base de la planification des matériaux sur le processus de planification des matériaux et susciter l'engagement de l'équipe chargée du processus et des outils.
- Représenter l'équipe de gestion des matériaux dans tous les groupes interfonctionnels mondiaux et fournir le point de vue de la gestion des matériaux sur le processus.
- Contribuer à la création d'un vivier de planificateurs de matériaux dans tous les sites d'Alstom (avec le soutien des responsables de la chaîne d'approvisionnement des sites).
- Être le SPOC mondial pour le traitement des fournisseurs difficiles et travailler avec les Global Commodity Managers pour débloquer les situations.

Tâches
- Créer/mettre à jour le manuel de planification des matériaux, les directives et les procédures opérationnelles standard afin de refléter le modèle de base et les changements qui y sont apportés.
- Préparer des modules de formation pour les nouveaux planificateurs des matériaux et former des formateurs dans les régions.
- Soutenir les sites dans la mise en œuvre des processus de base de la planification des matériaux.
- Travailler avec l'équipe MM Tools & Processes pour créer des solutions aux défis de la planification des matériaux.
- Examiner avec les Sites/Cluster/Régions tous les indicateurs avancés et retardés des processus de planification des matériaux et analyser les tendances pour les corriger.
- Faire des rapports et fournir un plan d'amélioration pour tous les indicateurs clés de performance L1 et L2 à l'équipe de direction chaque mois.

- Appliquer la feuille de route APSYS (Alstom Production System) et les règles d'or.
- Respecter la politique EHS (Environnement, Santé et Sécurité) d'Alstom.
- Respecter les codes d'éthique et de conformité d'Alstom

**Principales compétences requises**:
Obligatoire:

- Diplômé au minimum de l'enseignement supérieur en administration des affaires ou en ingénierie ou en Supply Chain.
- Anglais

Souhaitable:

- Certification en Supply Chain ou en gestion de projet
- Connaissance pratique du français

**Expérience**:
Obligatoire:

- Au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement sur 2 sites ou plus chez Alstom (dont au moins un en tant que planificateur de matériaux).
- Bonne connaissance pratique de GSI et ASCOT.

Souhaitable:

- Connaissance de Kinaxis MP
- Connaissance des processus d'ingénierie industrielle
