Job Description:
As a Payment Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering payment solutions that meet business and user needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and usage of our payment features, translating the product vision and strategy into thoroughly specified and duly tested payment features.
Key Responsibilities
Feature design & improvement
- Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria that clearly communicate the requirements to the development team.
- Ensure that stories are ready for development in time for each sprint.
- Create and maintain feature-related documentation
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal (UX designers, developers, other product owners, product managers, business analysts) stakeholders as well as external providers to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure a shared understanding of the product goals and progress.
Delivery and Execution:
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of payment features.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to provide direction and feedback.
- Ensure that all delivered features meet the acceptance criteria and are aligned with the product vision and goals.
- Support end-user apps using in the feature implementation phase prior to commercial launch
- Contribute to L3 incident troubleshooting and support if need be after feature is deployed
User-Centric Development:
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
- Use data and analytics to make informed decisions about product features and priorities.
- Ensure that the user experience is at the forefront of all product development efforts
