**MISSION**:
**Vous devez**:
Vous conformer à l'IMS et à toutes les règles et réglementations internationales pertinentes ;
Assurer toutes vos fonctions conformément aux politiques de qualité, de santé, de sécurité, d'environnement et d'éthique ;
Proposer un plan d'amélioration continue des performances qui fera l'objet de rapports et de révisions périodiques ;
Fournir un support d'expertise dans son domaine de compétences aux flottes et aux navires ;
Proposer des solutions pour optimiser la maintenance, la conception et l'exploitation des navires;
Assurer la communication technique à l'extérieur de CMA CGM pour promouvoir les compétences techniques du groupe CMA CGM.
**Note**: Vous pouvez être amené à représenter l'entreprise dans diverses réunions, conférences, institutions publiques, etc.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le département R&D de nos fournisseurs afin de les améliorer ;
Accumuler et partager l'expérience à travers les flottes ;
Préparer les informations et les retours d'expérience aux flottes ;
Connaître le réseau de fournisseurs et établir une bonne relation entre les sociétés ;
Établir une stratégie à moyen et long terme.
**PROFIL ET QUALIFICATIONS**:
Qualifications mínimales
Maîtrise de l'anglais ;
Master en ingénierie ;
Compétences en gestion ou en gestion de projet ;
Compétence technique avec divers logiciels, tels que Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc ;
Connaissances requises dans son domaine de compétences.
Expérience
3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le support aux navires dans son domaine de compétences.
Qualités personnelles
Connaissance de l'environnement technique;
Compétences analytiques ;
Compétences efficaces en matière d'expression orale et écrite et de présentation ;
Capacité à travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et en équipe.
