Our food system is a major contributing factor to global greenhouse gas emissions, deforestation and water consumption worldwide.

At Carbon Maps, we are on a mission to help the food industry reduce its environmental footprint, by **collecting and analyzing data across all stages of the food chain**, from farmers to consumers.

The Carbon Maps’ cloud platform enables **agri-food industry players** to:

- perform **rapid, high-precision assessments** of the environmental impact of their products, from raw materials to processing to distribution and agricultural raw materials;
- gain actionable insights and tools to help them execute and monitor their climate plans.

Carbon Maps relies on widely accepted **scientific models and environmental standards** (GHG Protocol, ISO 14040 & 14044, IPCC).

**MISSION HIGHLIGHTS**

This role is a newly created position working directly with the Co-founders, to ensure successful delivery of our customers deployments.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

As part of the Customer Success team, you report to our Head of Customer Success Management and you are responsible for ensuring high Customer satisfaction, coordinating and shaping projects from inception through implementation.

This includes:

- ** Managing complex projects** - responsible for:

- Defining Project methodology, delivery plan and resources
- Deliveries as per scope of work, and plan:

- Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding and data collection at customer, partner and supplier level
- Lead technical & business acceptance and validation plan
- Coordinate with Data science, Product and Dev team for successful releases / upgrades
- Own Customer support after the Go Live
- Risk management
- Identify, track & report risks
- Create mitigation plans
- Manage margin, quality and timing arbitrages
- Coordinating all communications around the Project
- With customers
- With internal teams and 3rd parties
- Prepare and lead all Project internal and external meetings (kick-off, workshops, training sessions, post-mortems etc )
- Knowledge management and transfer - write all Project documentation

Contributing to pre-sales activities**:

- Lead **feasibility assessment**, **write scope of work** document
- Establish **high level project plan**:

- Actively **participate to pricing & contract reviews**

Contributing to improving our Product**:

- Continuously share learnings and feedbacks from the field with the Product Team
- Proactively collect, challenge and prioritize Customer new requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration and / or Information technology or equivalent experience
- Min 4+ years of experience in management SaaS Projects with experience in AgriTech and/or Food Supply Chain - **experience in Consulting is a plus**:

- Strong **customer-facing communication **skills (both written and verbal)
- able to interact with various stakeholders within different level of an organization
- able to build strong trust relationships
- Solid **organization skills, delivery oriented**:

- Prioritize tasks and organize accordingly - ensure P0 are always delivered on time
- Anticipate and mitigate risks
- ** Autonomous, proactive & self-motivated** - you know when to ask for support and raise alerts
- Demonstrated skills in **conflict management** - **ability to step back** and manage own stress
- Experience of **fast pace** and hyperscale environments
- Fluent in English to help us grow Carbon Maps in Europe
