Ariane is the world leader in software and automated hardware for the hospitality market. Our solutions allow hotel guests to seamlessly check-in and out of hotels around the world. With coverage on four continents, we have deployed over 2500 sites in 20 countries around the world.
Our headquarters office is in France and we also have offices in Germany and the USA.
The Professional Services team composed of Project Coordinators that work closely with the R&D department in order to successfully deploy our technology to our clients which are hotels.
**OUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT**
We work in an international environment and most of our communications are in English both internally and externally. The Professional Services Team is under the responsibility of the Director of Operations.
**YOUR PROFILE**
Experience is key for this role in particular.
Your profile should show that you understand IT and that you have been part of a project team somewhere in your career. You are fluent in English, you can work as part of a team to get a project completed and also when on your own. You are a good communicator, you feel comfortable with clients and you don't mind travelling.
**YOUR GOALS**
**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
This position involves being able to travel for several days in Europe and on other continents if required. Essentially, you will:
- Coordinate clients projects in preparation of an installation
- Put in service clients projects on-site and remotely
- Follow-up after installations
- Write technical specifications and training documents

In order to deploy successfully our solutions, you are at ease with clients, you can coordinate internally with the R&D, the Sales team and you can install, configure, test and validate with a client.
**Salary**: 35,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
