**The Opportunity**

As a Technical Project Manager for the Product and Engineering teams, you will oversee and manage the successful delivery of software projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including the development team, support and other key stakeholders of the company to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deliver on the product roadmap
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of product backlogs, prioritizing user stories and features based on business value and stakeholder feedback through Jira
- Responsible for creating, maintaining and driving project plans for implementation within timelines
- Foster accountability across teams and identify potential risks and/or issues that may impact project delivery, proactively mitigating risks and developing contingency plans
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and any issues or risks
- Lead and oversee Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring active participation and engagement from team members for one and/or more projects
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and project team members to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives

**Skills and Experience**

Must have:

- A minimum of 2 years of project management, ideally working with Agile development teams and following Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks
- Strong project management skillset-planning, scheduling, delegating, and an ability to break down a project into manageable epics, stories, and/or tasks
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage and organize multiple projects
- Familiarity with the software development cycle (SDLC) in modern engineering teams
- Flexible and can quickly adapt to changes in priorities, scope and/or procedures
- Proficiency with project management software, with JIRA experience is a must
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically to resolve issues and mitigate risks
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills At least one of the following certifications (or equivalent) are preferred: PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certified

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in a technical role is a plus (Software, QA, DevOps Engineer)
- Experience working in the Identity Management and/or Identity Governance and Administration space
