**About the role**:
En tant que Directeur de Comptes Stratégiques / Strategic Account Director, vous aurez les missions suivantes:

- En collaboration avec le Directeur Commercial, définir et exécuter les plans de développement stratégiques pour les clients existants ainsi que de nouveaux comptes.
- Construire et développer des relations de confiance au plus haut niveau chez nos clients et prospects (CxO)
- Comprendre les enjeux Business des clients et définir avec eux la stratégie de transformation technologique appropriée
- Incarner la proposition de valeur de Globecast et engager l’entreprise sur les projets stratégiques
- Construire les écosystems gagnants et engager les partenaires sur les projets importants
- Démontrer l’excellence de nos opérations et qualité de services
- Maximiser le revenu de Globecast tout en construisant une relation de long terme
- Assurer la bonne interaction entre les équipes des clients et celles de Globecast (Ingénierie, Support, Service et Opérations, pour répondre aux objectifs de performance).
- Négocier les conditions commerciales et contractuelles
- Anticiper les évolutions et attentes du marché ainsi que les offres de la concurrence afin d'adapter les produits et stratégies de vente

**About you**:
VOTRE PROFIL
- +15 ans d'expérience dans la fourniture de services technologiques à forte valeur ajoutée : satellite, broadcast, OTT, Streaming, technologies logicielles, Cloud. Expérience des stratégies de migration. En particulier, expérience des problématiques d’intégration.
- Diplôme nécessaire : Bac +5

VOS COMPETENCES
- Excellent réseau interpersonnel à haut niveau dans les Média/Content Owners/Telco en France et en Europe
- Expérience prouvée de la vente stratégique, gestion de comptes et stratégie commerciale dans un environnement technologique extrêmement mouvant.
- Connaissance de l’écosystem et relations avec les partenaires technologiques : transcodage/packaging, streaming, CDN, Data Analytics, Media Asset Management, Apps Developpers, Cloud Playout, Cloud Publishing, DRM, Service delivery Platforms, AI, Cloud Based Monitoring tools,etc.
- Excellentes présentation et communication écrite (Fr & Ang).
- Attitude dynamique
- Langue parlée : Français, Anglais
