Job Summary:
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Generalist to join our team in Lyon, France. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. If you are seeking an exciting career where you use your previous expertise and can develop and grow your career even further, then this is the opportunity for you. Duties include but are not limited to recruitment, employee relations, training & development, business partnering and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Manage employment life cycle
- Coordinate and facilitate general orientation sessions and new hire meetings
- Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues
- Prepare reports and analyse data for information reporting and management decision making
- Design and conduct exit interviews
- Conduct employee and management training
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (or Master degree) and 3 - 5 years of experience in general HR is preferred
- Experience in CSEs
- Experience in working in a global organisation or a US company is preferred
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and general knowledge of onboarding, contracts and other TA processes is good to have
- Knowledge of local law and European employment laws
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
