- Nous recherchons un Responsable technique applicatif / Lead dev manager H/F en CDI:
Rattaché(e) au pôle Patrimoine Applicatif de la DSI, le Responsable Technique Applicatif / Lead Dev Manager pilote son équipe et prend en charge en transverse les actions permettant de garantir la qualité des développements informatiques.
Il est le garant du bon niveau de qualité et de l'adaptation parfaite aux besoins de l'entreprise. Il joue aussi un rôle d'assistant dans l'initiative de changement auprès des équipes de développement.
Il alerte et informe sur la qualité du processus de développement.
Il est en charge de définir et faire respecter les normes et standards au sein du pôle.
Il devra suivre l'évolution des nouvelles technologies et proposer de nouveau système si nécessaire.
Le Responsable Qualité Logiciel est en charge de:
- Définir, mettre en place une normalisation de la rédaction des spécifications détaillées,
- Apporter aux projets (en particulier les projets au mode forfait) son expertise en cas de sous-traitance (rédaction des FCU / FE)
- Accompagner et contrôle les équipes en réalisant régulièrement des présentations, des informations mais également des audits ponctuels sur les travaux réalisés par les équipes projets lui permettant de s'assurer de la bonne exécution des processus qu'il définit.
- Il pilote le support End-user (suivi et avancement de la résolution incidents) par analyse de la récurrence afin de proposer et suivre le plan d'action de remédiation
- Définir et prioriser les développements pour assurer la maintenabilité de la plateforme CI//CD (Devops)
- Manager opérationnellement les développeurs de la plateforme CI/CD (PIC)
- Animer la communauté des développeurs (forme, accompagne les développeurs dans la mise en ?uvre des normes et standards qu'il aura lui-même définit pour le pôle applicatif
De formation Bac +5 en informatique (Master MIAGE ou école d'ingénieur), vous justifiez d'une solide expérience du développement logiciel avec des équipes réparties sur plusieurs sites.
Compétences et expérience professionnelle requises:
- Définition et suivi des normes et standard de développement
- Pilotage d'équipe MCO pour la résolution d'incident
- Mise en ?uvre et pilotage de développement sur une plateforme d'intégration continue (CI/CD)
- Contribution à des développements en mode DevOps
- Veille technologique pour s'assurer que le patrimoine est toujours à jour sur les versions des langages de développements
- Elaboration de la roadmap des Normes et Standards du pôle
